READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS
Ordering a ready-to-ship product means purchasing an item that is already in stock. These products are dispatched within 7 business days from the moment we receive your payment. Please note that the shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier — usually 2 to 7 business days. We offer a 14-day return or exchange period for all ready-to-ship items.
PRE-CUSTOM ORDER PRODUCTS
A “pre-custom order” means purchasing a product that we create especially for you, after you select the model, size, color, yarn type, or fastening.Pre-custom order items may also include individual modifications, depending on your request. Because each pre-custom order is made on demand, this type of purchase is treated as a custom service. For this reason, it is non-returnable, but we do offer the possibility of an exchange. The knitting and finishing process for a pre-custom order item takes 30 to 65 business days, plus shipping time.
If you need the item by a specific date or sooner, please contact us before placing your order, and we will confirm the estimated completion time.
The delivery timeframe depends on the availability of materials and the overall volume of orders during the season.
You may cancel your pre custom order within 5 days of placing it, as long as the materials for your custom product have not yet been purchased.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Pre-order products are items that are already scheduled for upcoming production and can be reserved in advance by placing a pre-order.
Each product includes detailed information regarding its estimated processing time, provided directly in the product description. Please note that, due to the intricate and highly specialized nature of our knitting and finishing processes, production timelines may vary.
The estimated timeframe may shorten or extend depending on material availability, seasonal order volumes, and overall production conditions.
You may cancel your pre order within 5 days of placing it, as long as the materials for your custom product have not yet been purchased.

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If the address is incorrect or the parcel is not collected, the returning cost will be charged to the customer.
